All teachers in our kindergarten have many years of experience working with children of all ages. They are creative, proactive, responsible, fair people, for whom work is not only a necessity but also a pleasure.

Larisa Mkrtychyan
Principal of Do-Mi-Sol
Larisa is the Principal of Do-Mi-Sol with a high degree in musical pedagogical education with over 30 years of experience working with children. She became "Teacher of the Year" in 2001 in the South-West District of Moscow. She is a talented, efficient leader, a professional in his field, does an excellent job with his duties, strives for the best, and keeps up with the times. Larisa is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day work of the kindergarten. She also teaches music, rhythmic, and theater.

Marina Mamedova
Physical Development Teacher
Marina has a high degree in physical education, a master of sports in artistic gymnastics, multiple winners in competitions, a participant in all-Union competitions in the former Soviet Union. She also proudly participated in the opening ceremony of the 1980 Olympics in Moscow. Her working experience with children is 38 years. Marina currently also works at Alpha Gym with a team of girls who are multiple winners of Washington State. She teaches children in our kindergarten to the elements of gymnastics, acrobatics, handstands, bridges, walking on a log, exercises on parallel bars. Classes are aimed at developing coordination, strength, flexibility, dexterity.

Inna Mkrtychyan
Senior Teacher
Inna is an educator with a high degree in pedagogical education, loved by children, and parents for her kindness, attentiveness, and tact. She knows how to keep the attention of kids, organize and interest them. She teaches them elementary foundations of mathematics, the development of fine motor skills, and memory.

Alik Mamedov
Physical Development Teacher
Alik Mamedov has a high degree in physical education. His labor and sports experience of working with children is 39 years. He is the winner of the national championship and sports day of the republic, participant in all-Union competitions in football and fencing in the former Soviet Union. He uses the game method to teach kids sports games such as soccer, handball, basketball. Classes are aimed at developing dexterity, speed, game ingenuity, coordination, team spirit. There are rhythmic dances with kids' favorite cartoons songs at the end of each lesson.

Tatyana Shulga
Russian language and speech development teacher.
Tatiana is a teacher of the Russian language and speech development. He believes that children should have a well-developed speech, therefore, the speech preparation of the child is very important. The sound culture of speech is also important (correct sound pronunciation, speech speed, voice power, speech perception). The tasks that she offers in the classroom also allow her to teach the child to practically use phrasal speech, to build grammatically correct sentences.

Svetlana Molchanova
Art Class Teacher
B.Ed.,multimedia artist, textile artist. Ever since her childhood, Svetlana’s true dream was to become an artist. Svetlana finally had a chance to return to her dream after moving to North America in 2005 and was dedicated to learning art once again. Svetlana started back up by going through many years of professional and intensive art courses, mixed media, and live art. A true push towards her official career in the arts was inspired by breathtaking art classes from internationally recognized Swiss artist, Elena Goubar. Elena taught Svetlana many new techniques, including palette knife painting. After her continuous learning curve with many other recognized art masters in Washington, such as N. Samoukov, Emilya A Lane, and many online courses, Svetlana was inspired to pass on her knowledge and love for the arts younger generation. With a degree in education and love for children, Svetlana strives to help the young artists express themselves, accumulate new techniques and knowledge, as well as simply enjoy the art in its true and diverse nature. Her creative and colorful approach to designing lessons, using the latest methods and materials, helps the young artists fully immerse themselves into the world of art in its truest form.
